It appears to be working, but when I try to use the form on a subscribing site, I get the following error message: &quot;A form template (.xsn) file cannot be accessed. You may not have the required permissions to open the file.&quot; </p> <p>I have farm permissions, site collections administrator permissions, site permissions = full control.
