The checkboxes of the data connections are marked for store a copy of the data in the form template....

How do I set them up correctly?

Re: The server requires a username and password

It sounds like your form still has some data connections that the outside user has no access to. You'll need to edit your data connections such that the data is stored in the form that gets saved locally, and set them up such that they don't execute when the outside user opens the form.

The server requires a username and password

Dear,

I have published a form on a sharepoint. The template is on the same sharepoint.
Now we need a supplier to fill out a part of the form.
The supllier has no acces to the sharepoint and he won't get acces.

I saved the form as a xml locally on my computer and send it to the supplier. When he opens the form, he is asked for a username and password.
Is there a way around this or a checkbox I missed? The supplier must be able to fill out the form without making a connection to our sharepoint.

Thanks!
