Find GUID or name of list where content type form was opened

I need to find the GUID or name of Library where I am using content type form in order to know where to bring which text from secondary data source.

I am using this content type form in multiple places.

I noticed that the href from the /processing-instruction() is pointing to library where I published the content type, but I need the current library GUID or name where a document was created based on that content type.

These documents are InfoPath client documents, not browser enabled.

I see solutions by using the SPList, but since I am using Vista x64 OS, I can not use Microsoft.SharePoint.dll
