You can send a link to the form using SharePoint server side notifications. See Scott Roberts and Hagen Green's book for instructions on how to do this.

Form design brakes when forwarding (or reply) in Outlook 2007

Hi guys,

I am new in this forum and desperately need help.
I've searched over the web and here for a solution, but couldn't find one.

In very brief my problem:

I have published my form in a SharePoint (2007). The user is able to open the form in the browser, then fill in the data and submit the form to a generic mailbox. Everything works fine here.
The problem is that if i decide to forward the received form from my outlook (or reply) to another person, i can re-size the fields, also i can change the text, etc.
Is there a chance to prevent the form from edit in outlook? I tried to "secure" it with a certificate, but it didn't work. Also i've created a read-only view that is sent out after submitting the form - no success also.

Can you please advise ???

Many, many thanks in advance!

Br,

Nick
