In your case the best practice concern Sharepoint items limits consider the restriction of a maximum of 2000 items per list container in document libraries and lists.

Publish Multiple Forms To One Doc Library

Apologies if this has been asked before, Can someone tell me is it possible to publish more than one form to a doc library ? E.G a departmental team site, with a holiday request form, an expenses form, change of address form etc. or is it best practice to stick to one doc library for one form.

if you can publish multiple forms , could someone point me in the direction of a good whitepaper , blog etc.

Thanks again for your assistance.
