Thanks Hilary - you were right (and I suspected as much too!) that InfoPath wasn't going to be the best solution for this. I've worked around it now by creating the certificate (word 2007 document) using workflows to populate another list/library with the information captured in the form. The word document was created by changing the template file to include the new fields and customisation required.

I'm not certain InfoPath is going to be the best solution for what you trying to do -- you want to have a certificate of some type that you fill out and print?

Re: Image Layers

Have found the image background option for the page setup - but this doesn't let me customise the image further.

Image Layers

Hi,

Very much a newbie question that might be very easy to answer.

I've got an image that is a certificate & covers the whole page. I need to add tables of information to it, but I dont think I can 'layer' the view in any way so that the image is on the background and I can add the additional fields into the foreground. Is this possible at all? If so, how do I do it?

Thanks,
