Copy text from ms word doc to Header/Footer of Content Type form based on library where content type is used

Hi.

I have one content type used under multiple libraries.

I would like to be able from code behind of this content type

1. find the name of library the content type form is used in currently (opened in)

2. based on previous fact, populate either expression box or header or footer or text box field of this content type with text from word document table, or if easier I will create xml file for this table.

lib1-->form1(based on content type1)

-->find the name of lib form1 is in, look into word doc, find row with data corresponding to lib1, populate either expression box or header or footer or text box field

lib2--> form2(based on content type1)

-->find the name of lib form2 is in, look into word doc, find row with data corresponding to lib2, populate either expression box or header or footer or text box field

lib3-->form3(based on content type1)

-->find the name of lib form3 is in, look into word doc, find row with data corresponding to lib3, populate either expression box or header or footer or text box field
