Create a email field, and after user checks a checkbox - assign email address to that field and call submit data connection (in the submit data connection dont hardcode email address, in stead, assign that email field to the 'To' field - this way it will dynamically set that 'To' field with what ever email address you want).

Hope that helps!

I am new to InfoPath and I am designing one InfoPath form in such a way that whenever one check box is checked, it needs to send out a mail to someone. i.e. The mail should have some default information in the body. It should have default subject also.

for. e.g. If the check box is checked, it would send a mail to someone@yahoo.com with the below subject and the below message.

Subject: Activity completed

Message (in email body): The activity has been completed. if u want to give a feedback click this link (some hyperlink)

Note: I am using InfoPath 2003 and I already have one submit button (submit using data connection). can I have one more submit button which is for email submission?

Any help on this would be appereciated.

Thanks,

Jawahar
