Just add two data connections - one sends email and the other submits to your DB. Next, add a button to your form with two actions - one sends email and the other submits. I have a purchase order form which will be completed by the requestor and will be sent to me by email (so far, no problems). When i receive the form, I will approve it and upon approval, I would like the data from the form (that the original requestor completed) to update an Access database <strong><u>and at the same time</u></strong> have the&nbsp;form submitted to another user by email.
