You need to have a repeating group that holds the user name and date and then insert a new instance of the group each time the form is submitted to hold the data for the new submitter. I want to know who has opened the form and made modifications to it. I was trying to create a text box to put the UserName and a date stamp, but this gets overwritten every time someone opens it for the 2nd time. <br /> <br /> Any one have any ideas? <br /> <br /> p.s. I don&#39;t have any programming skills.
