The answers to the questions are "Yes" (1), "No" (0), and "Not Applicable" (2). In the Access DB, the numbers in the parentheses are recorded.

I would like to do several things, some of which only need to be done to "show my work" (I have a skeptical group of end users):

1. Display the number of Yes responses to a question.

2. Display the number of No responses to a question.

3. Display the number of N/A responses to a question.

4. Produce a total number of applicable responses.

5. Divide the number of Yes responses by the total number of applicable responses.

Is there a way to perform these aggregations using what would amount to a "count if" type of statement?

Thanks in advance!
