It fixed the issue. I'm not sure why it needed to be in trusted sites on his laptop, which is part of the same network that the other PC's I used were, with all the same IE settings. Buuuuttttttt, adding it to trusted sites fixed the issue.

Re: Infopath Access Denied

hello,

i think you need to clear infopath cache

clearing the local cache;

Infopath /cache clearall

Verify that the cache has been cleared by navigating to the following folder for XP+

C:\Documents and Settings\[User]\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\InfoPath\FormCache2

Or for Vista;

C:\Users\[User]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\InfoPath\FormCache2

Infopath Access Denied

I have a user at my company that, from his laptop, cannot access a form in our sharepoint. He gets the following error after plugging his credentials into infopath.

InfoPath cannot create a new, blank form.

InfoPath cannot open the form. To fix this problem, contact your system administrator.

Form template: "Omitted"

The query cannot be run for the following DataObject: GetFullName

InfoPath cannot run the specified query.

Access is denied.

I have logged into several different computers as this user, and, the form opens just fine. The issue is ONLY on his computer. I set all of his IE browser settings to default, because thats how it was set on the other PC's, and it still doesnt work. I did not add anything to trusted sites, or local intranet, because there is nothing in there on the other PC's I used. Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening on just the one laptop?
