So I just have to figure out how to get to the central admin site... and it should work? Even with my web service calls and reference to my sharepoint list?

I have a default value for a field that pulls the preferred name from a sharepoint web service based on the user... does that count?

Also does this form need to be browser enabled to be composed from the sharepoint form library?

If I have a Submit Button, do I need to set up the Form Options / Submit options?

Why am I getting an error creating a new item on my sharepoint list that:

The form template is trying to access files and settings on your computer. InfoPath cannot grant access to these files and settings because the form template is not fully trusted. For a form to run with full trust, it must be installed or digitally signed with a certificate.

I have a field on the form that has a default value of the current users which pulls the info from a sharepoint web service

and a field on the form that has a dropdown based on another sharepoint list.

The Submit Button is based on these instructions from microsoft:

To design a form that submits data to Office SharePoint Server 2007

In Office InfoPath 2007, drop a button onto your form.
Right-click the button, and then select Button Properties.
In the Button Propertiesdialog box, on the Generaltab, click Rules, and then click Add.
Click Add Action, click Submit Data Connection, and then click Add.
In the Data Connection Wizard, select Create a new connection to and submit data, and then click Next.
Select To the hosting environment, click Next, and then click Finish.
Add another rule: In the Rules dialog box, click Add, and then click Add Action.
In the list of predefined actions, select Close the Form.
Click OK.
