Actually Printing Multiple views is not an issue for me. Using the Print Multiple Views under the view settings worked quite well.

Really what I am trying to accomplish is that the Default view needs to print as Legal and the three remaining views need to print as letter.

This is probably a page setup issue. Unfornately here is the problem, I am unable to choose anything other than the default printer settings.

Not everyone has access to the same printer as I do. Also if I change the setteings to Legal, all the documents print as legal.

Thanks.

Re: Print multiple views

I don't have any experience with the feature yet, but InfoPath 2010 provides a new feature to print multiple views at a time. Perhaps this will be helpful to you.

Print multiple views

I have created a form with 4 views. In the form, the user cannot print the form until they have accepted the terms and conditions.

I have accomplished this by hiding the print option from the toolbar and have added a checkbox the unhides a button for printing. I am using the XDocument.PrintOut() function for this.

All of this works fine except that when I want to print the forms. The default view needs to be printed in Legal size and the remainder need to be printed in letter.

Since each employee prints to a different print, and not all printers have a legal size tray, I want each for to adjust based on paper size availability.

Any suggestions?

Thank you
