Add a tool tip, so when they hover over it, they get some instruction, like 'Clear selection', and you are good to go!

Radio Button behavior (unselect)

A user has inquired that we change the radio behavior on one of our forms. They would like to be able to "Unselect" the button like it appears when they go into the form for the first time. All the radio buttons are blank. If they accidently click one, then it gets a Y/N value. Is there any way to accomplish this.....Thank you.
