Did you walk through the tutorial I provided a link to, and try it first to make sure you understand how the double eval formula works? As I mentioned, my suggestion was only a guess based on what I can see from your screen shot...

Re: Listing multiple recipients.

Hey Hilary,

I very much appreciate the help, but the formula doesn't work. When I test the form with this formula, the "To:" field comes up blank. Any other suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks again.

Re: Listing multiple recipients.

Hi:

I recommend the double eval trick, as described here.

From what I see in your screenshot, the formula might end up looking like:

eval(eval(@nameTransmittal/Recipients/Recipient, "concat(@name, ';')"), "..")

Listing multiple recipients.

Hey everyone,

I’m
working with our transmittal form, built in InfoPath, that is hosted on our
Newforma server. My question is in
regards to the “To:” field. The form
only lists a single recipient under this field, and I’m trying to find a way to
have the form list all of the recipients.
Is there any way this can be done? Any
guidance would be much appreciated.
