Under the Options tab when you post, you can attach an .xsn file....</p>https://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/thread/47511.aspxThu, 01 Oct 2009 23:02:19 GMT033a2e2d-04e2-4a9d-be01-a4634161eefd:47511Carole27590https://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/thread/47511.aspxhttps://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/commentrss.aspx?SectionID=39&PostID=47511Hello everyone - Great site, great helpers!<br /><br />Here&#39;s a question I haven&#39;t been able to find a topic/solution for elsewhere.<br />I have a form w/Optional Sections -2/page over 10pages.&nbsp; I use Conditional Formatting to not allow the next OpSec appear if the OpSec before it has not been used.&nbsp; <br />Conditional Formatting:&nbsp; <br />OpSec(1) = If OpSec(2) is present – Don’t allow insert/delete<br />OpSec(2) = If OpSec(1) is not present – Don’t allow insert/delete<br />OpSec(3) = If OpSec(2) is not present – Don’t allow insert/delete<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; If OpSec(4) is present – Don’t allow insert/delete<br />OpSec(4) = If OpSec(3) is not present – Don’t allow insert/delete<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; If OpSec(5) is present – Don’t allow insert/delete<br />OpSec(5) = If OpSec(4) is not present – Don’t allow insert/delete<br />OpSec(5) = If OpSec(6) is present – Don’t allow insert/delete<br />ETC…all the way to OpSec(20)<br />All seemed fine then for some reason, over and over again it kept replacing chosen fields (OpSec(2)), etc with one OpSec prior.&nbsp; <br />For instance the ConditFormat for OpSec(5) now reads:<br />OpSec(5) = If OpSec(5) is not present – Don’t allow insert/delete<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; If OpSec(4) is present – Don’t allow insert/delete<br /><br />I keep going back and forth fixing it, saving the form, previewing -then only to find it keeps doing it, to random pages of the form.&nbsp; Most of them (20 OpSec pages) are as I applied the condition, but a few randomly change the field I chose to apply the formatting to.<br />Any suggestions, it’s very frustrating to say the least!<br />Thanks -Carole<br /><br /><br />
