My first thought was to have her convert the form directly to pdf but that apparently will not work because the final document needs to be condensed and must only contain the relevant information. (leave off unchecked boxes, consolidate text, etc.)

This brings me to my current idea of having a 2nd form that would automatically be generated with information from the 1st form. I figured she could then convert the 2nd document into a pdf and email.. The only problem is that I don't know how to link two forms. Is this possible??

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
