You should just delete the referral part of the url, but you will have to build the url someway.

If you are creating your link that opens the form you will have to do build the url either in the form or on your page some how or in an email workflow via sharepoint designer. In a form, i'd create 3 fields, one for the url prefix, one for the form name (must include .xml at the end) and then the final one for the suffix.

Hi -- you are submitting and not saving your form? What happens if you change the Submit options to 'Close the form' after submitting?

I am trying to close the InfoPath form which is opened via a Hyperlink, but doesn’t seem to be working.

I tried to close the form via Rules and it works only if I open the form from a Form library. But if I open the open it as a hyperlink it doesn’t closes instead it always redirects to the page which is mentioned in the source parameter.

I tried via code. But still no luck.

Just wanted to know how do we close a browser enabled InfoPath form after hitting the submit button.

Below is the url which will be used in link button.
