I've got MOSS Enterprise and Forms Services all running.

I've manage to get the form to open (almost) in the broswer now using some parameters to the URL http://Server/Site/_layouts/FormServer.aspx?XmlLocation=http://server/site/library/form.xml&OpenIn=Browser

Click Continue to resume filling out the form. You may want to check your form data for errors.

Click Start Over to load a new copy of the form.

That is the only way to do it with SharePoint. The only other method for browser-enabling that I know if is built by the folks who run this forum - Qdabra.com.

If your forms are not browser-enabled, then each user must have IP07.

Open .xml without the need for full client of infopath?

Hi Folks,

I've got a form set up that gets submitted to a form library.

the library then has a workflow to email the link to the form to the correct person.

however the link is form.xml - and it asks for InfoPath to be installed.

They need to open the form to be able to click a button which in turn starts another workflow in the library depending on the button they press.

Is there anyway to force this .xml to open in a browser?

Thanks, Iri
