You can reference the data in repeating sections although it will likely require a repeating section wrapping your expression box and some tricky xpaths, but should be doable.

Need help with expression boxes linking back to repeating sections...

We're moving our hospital's committee minutes to Infopath (2003...switching to 2007 in July) in order to track action items, attendance, etc. (any data we can wring out of it, we'll at least try). What I would like to do is provide a one-page summary at the end of the minutes form which would pull all of the action items data (deliverable[text], person responsible[text], due date[date]) into one, or multiple, expression boxes. I've done something similar for another set of unique minutes in which the committee was reviewing patient cases and assigning them levels [1, 2, or 3]. I could summarize all of the cases in a one-page printout with multiple expression boxes that would draw on the levels they assigned the cases...ultimately showing how many/percentage of level 1's, level 2's, etc. that they had reviewed and assigned.

My minutes are running off of repeating sections...they simple click to insert another discussion topic (which may or may not end up with an action item)...as well as having the option to adding additional action items for any one discussion topic.

Ultimately, I want to be able to pull the data from the three data fields in the action items sections into a summary page. Is this possible?

(hopefully I've explained myself well enough!)
