These are radio buttons. I have a query that populates a few different controls, and when I run it it removes all of my default settings. The radio buttons that are supposed to be selected become "un-selected", thus interfering with the conditional formatting.

Re: Conditional Formatting Issue

Are you talking about actual buttons, or are you referring to radio buttons? What are the default settings, and what query is setting them to "unchecked" or false? Sounds like a design issue as this is not normal behavior.

Conditional Formatting Issue

Hello,

I have my form set in design view to have buttons selected by default that hide certain fields. The issue I am having is that in preview mode, upon running a query, those buttons become "unselected", and show all of the fields that were design to be hidden. I can select all the controls individually at this point to "re-hide" the fields, but this is not the methodoligy I would like to roll-out to the end user. Any ideas???

Thanks!
