There were two software vendors that built browser-based viewers for IP2003. One was called Unique World - I think they went out of business. And, another was a South Korean firm which used an ActiveX control. They may still be around. I forget their name, but it was something like InfoView or something like that. Google is your friend here.

Qdabra Software also built a very limited browser based viewer that supports submitting simple forms. If your forms are simple, or if you can define simple views for downlevel browser only clients, you can use our product which is cheaper than the other two. Of course, Microsoft's solution is the best since it supports more features (but is still limited).

Sorry that this isn't so well supported.

I am currently working with Infopath 2003 and have no plans to have Sharepoint Server Forms Services in my environment in the near future. After a lot of surfing I learnt that browser enabled forms are possible only with Infopath along with Sharepoint Server Forms Services.

My question is - if a client PC does not have Infopath installed, and wants to fill in the forms published on a shared location, how can this be achieved using Infopath 2003 only? Are there any readers/applications available which can help to achieve this.

Requesting your inputs.
