However it was at the request of a person that I create this form in Infopath.

Basically all I have done is modify the default Transport Request form to what the client required. I have it so that on submit it is emailed to the manager of the person making the request they are then required to authorise the form and email that to the

car booking service. However the Car Booking admin wants the form so that when they click transport available checkbox that an event is emailed to the Requesters calendar, Now I've tried a few different things to do this but have come up with nada

has any one tried this before or knows of a way to do this?

Regards,

DM
