Forwarding active forms via Microsoft Outlook

I have developed a form and work-flow that requires an active form to be emailed to multiple contacts. I have disabled the "Submit" function, so the users have to manaully forward the active form via Microsoft Outlook. After selecting email "Forward" via Outlook the form comes up in an email format and the subject line is pre-populated the text: "FW: InfoPath Form: <published form name>". I would like to customize the text in the subject line to something different. My question: Is there anyway to change the email subject line of the forwarded form to something other than the default message indentifying the form as an Infopath form? Second part to the question: Is there anyway to auto-populate the "CC" field in that same forwarded email? Keep in mind this is not a typical data connection type email. This is an active form being manually emailed via Outlook.
