Maybe publish the form template to a network drive, and then they just go to the template, double-click it, fill it out for a given restaurant, then submit. You setup the submit to auto-create a filename based on the restaurant being inspected so that you ensure uniqueness and make it easy on the inspector. They do this 20 times, and you also make the form submit to you via email or to wherever it is you need it to go. I see no need for having 20 pre-filled forms. That's the whole point of a form template - to have a template that can be re-used 100 times like you need to do.

Form Dispatcher/Scheduler

I'll admint it I'm new to InfoPath but I have a very specific task I'm trying to accomplish and I know InfoPath can do it.. What I need to know is if there is a way to pre-create instances of a particular InfoPath form and distribute them to various users for completion?

For example, lets say I own 100 restaurants and manage 5 restaurant inspectors. Each inspector is responsible for inspecting 20 restaurants. I need a way to have a restaurant inspection form distributed to each of my 5 inspectors. Each would recieve 20 pre-filled forms for the 20 restaurants in their area. After conducting an inspection, the form is submitted and they move on to the next one in their area.

Any ideas how something like this might be accomplished? I'm thinking someway to email them kind of like an old Word mail-merge process...?

Thanks in advance for any insight provided.
