Values in Field2 and Field3 are calculated based on Exhange Rate (i.e. field x / field y=Field2 similar fomula applies on Filed3).
So what happens is when there is no Field2 or Field3 present, instead of value I get "NaN" in Field2 or 3 and Grand total can not recognise it even if I put rule (if Field2/3 is blank ignore it) and Grand Total is giving an error/not calculating amount from any other fields.

Re: Formula to Calculate Grand Total

Thank you!!!
You can achieve this using rules. For the first rule, add the condition as if field1, field2, field3 is blank then the action is to be set Grand total to the subtotal value. And the second rule is if field1, field2, field3 is not blank then the action is to be set Grand total to add field1, field2, field3 and subtotal.

Formula to Calculate Grand Total

Hi,

I am designing Infopath form where I need formula (preferably using Infopath Functions) to calculate Grand Total:

"If there is no amount present in field1, filed2 and field3 I want Grand Total field to show amount from Subtotal field only. If field1, field2 and field3 have amount present then I want Grand Total to show total of field1, field2, field3 and Subtotal".

Could you please help how to write formula using Functions?

Thank you.
