It sounds like you want to have users fill out the form using a web browser and possibly have this information viewable by your management. Is this correct? If so, your management doesn't even necessarily need to open the form to see who is accountable - you could just use "promoted fields" in the library the form is published to in order for your managers to see at a glance who is responsible for what. Is this something you are interested in doing? Please post back so I know exactly how to help.

The form only has a few fields. Name of project, date due. A to and from field and a date sent field. I've already completed the form, but every block is bound to a field. I don't need that so much. Management wants to be able to open the form just to gain accountability for who currently needs to work on the project. Although I am computer literate, my primary duty is flying (Air Force). I have been asked to incorporate a bunch of things I have never used before into the new way our squadron does things. Any help would be great.
