We have moved one step ahead , by creating a tool which download all the completed request ( InfoPath based) from the form library and store it in a specified location and upload it to another form library in the same file structure in the backup server. The URL issue was solved like after loading it to the library, goto Advanced Settings of the form library, click on relink documents to this form library. It works .

Another issue here is that each request needs to be relinked. So we are now trying a way to relink all files to the form library programmatically.

Do anyone know any SharePoint object which does this ?

In our project we use InfoPath 2007 forms integrated in MOSS 2007. One of our requirement was to migrate the completed request ( InfoPath forms) , to another backup server. Both servers have same configurations, permissions etc. The issue i face is that i am unable to open migrated request in the backup server. It is because the hardcode URL present in the request throws error. When i changed the URL manually , it worked fine. But programmatically it shows " The form is closed"

Any input is appreciated.

Thanks
