Forms are submitted via email to multiple addresses internally and externally. <span style="mso-spacerun:yes;">&nbsp;</span>I created an InfoPath folder in Outlook to view the data. Promoting form properties worked flawlessly and allowed me to view my chosen fields.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes;">&nbsp; </span>However, when I close and re-start Outlook, the InfoPath folder loses its association with the form.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes;">&nbsp; </span>I have to promote form properties again each time I open Outlook.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes;">&nbsp; </span>Does anyone have a suggestion on how I can resolve this?</font></p>
