Depending on what version you have, this licensing could be reletively inexpensive. So you would provision a site for form deployment, publish your form there and direct your outside vendors to this site. You would have to give them logon credentials, but they would be able to sign in, fill out your form and submit it with no issue.</p>

Deploying Infopath form to extranet

Hi everyone- I&#39;m very new to Infopath 2007 and have what may be a simple question to answer.

I&#39;ve successfully created a browser enabled form that posts to a form library. Problem is, only people within the company and on the network can
access this form (since it is using Infopath Forms Services through our Sharepoint teamsite) and fill it out. I&#39;d like to send this to vendors who are outside of the network.

What are my options to either:

a) have an email form for outside vendors and have it email back for me to post to the form library
b) have an online web form (located on a separate web server) available to vendors and have them submit to my email or directly to the sharepoint form library.

How can complete either of these tasks?

Thanks so much in advance.
