The users do not have InfoPath. I put a form on a test sharepoint site, then I gave users access to the test site and they tried to bring it up in a web browser. They receive the following error message.

"This feature requires microsoft internet exployer 6.0 or later and a windowns sharepoint services compatible XML editor such as Microsoft Office Infopath"

Of all the InfoPath forms I have seen, less than 5% needed coding. InfoPath has all of the functionality you need already built into the designer and can be configured without any code. If you understand logic and flow you have everything you need and can save your self a ton of time writing and debugging.

You can put rules and action in your form open rules to change whatever you need when the form opens. Make it as dynamic as you want.

Thats my two cents worth. :)

New to InfoPath coding

I have searched the Newbie section without much luck. I am trying to write some code (contained in a C# dll) to change text on InfoPath forms at runtime. Is there a tutorial or some other information for people who have never done InfoPath coding?
