Sorry for this very delayed reply.

I want to merge a field in a repeating table and publish in the sharepoint site.

The field is a dropdown list and the dropdownlist has a blank row at first. I want to merge only those entries that does not contain blank row and publish.

When I publish is the SP site, it displays blank rows in the SP columns entries. But I don't want to have blank rows to be displayed in the Sharepoint site.

How to go about doing this functionality. Kindly suggest.

Thanks,

Right before submit populate that field with expression similar to following:

substring-after(eval(eval(office, 'substring-after(concat(checked, ";", value), "yes")'), ".."), ";")

Merge Blank Rows in Repeating tables and Publish in sharepoint library

Hi,

I have created a IP 2003 form that works with WSS 3.0. I have a repeating table in the form with many columns. I have a textbox column. When the user submits the forms the textbox column values have to be merged and should be shown in the sharepoint form library column. However, there are blank rows in the repeating table and these rows are shown as blank in the form library. Is there a way to remove the blank rows while publishing to the WSS form library. Kindly suggest.

Regards,

Reuben
