I think you need to add credentials for the web service in the code. Look at this link:

I am getting error when submitting a infopath 2007 form to sharepoint list using CAML.

this is working in my local meachine, when i depoly this code into remote server iam getting error "System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized. i used to web service data connection to insert a data into sharepoint list.

do i pass any credential for remote server?
