Do you want to email a query directly to SQL?

That could be trickier.

Emailing the form to a local user or saving it and then submitting once online works great to send data directly to SQL via ODBC or web service.

Collect data by using email messages automatically into SQL 2005

Have read this and we tried this with access 2007 and outlook 2007 http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/access/HA100154271033.aspx

Have issue with form is not too user friendly, no drop downs, have to spell out yes or no,

Front end designer is saying this will have issues when windows has another update we will have to make workarounds a lot.

We want this: Salesman fill out a user-friendly form offlineSend form via email when he can connect

Automatic entry of html fields into SQL 2005

Will info path make drop downs so we wont have null values? (this part is wreaking havoc on access runtime 2000)

Are the other solutions that you could recomend?
