I'd have a drop down or option button for the user to select to choose which type of equipment they need help with. I'd have separate sections on my form for the questions for each type of help available. I'd condionally hide those secitions based on the dropdown (or option) selection. So if the selection was not equal to laptop, for example, hide the section with the laptop questions.... Make sense? This way, none of the questions will show until an intitial selection for type of help has been made, and only the questions for that selection will show.

Trying to add sections to a form based on entry from a drop down

I am trying to create a ticket issue form. I would like it to all inclusive to my company needs. So if the end user is asking for help with Laptops. I would like the form to display those questions. If they select networking a new set of questions.

Thanks in advance
