When this form is submitted to SharePoint it will only display as a simple date value(I.E. 7/19/2008). The day of week is important to other process and I want to avoid having it as a secondary drop down. Is there a way to create a text box and add a function the determines the day of week based off the date selected in the date picker? Or is there another solution?

Thanks,
