Apologies upfront for the long-winded post but please please bear with me. Your help would be appreciated.

Our organisation is using MOSS for our intranet and we're begining to implement browser InfoPath forms. We've begun by creating a form document library for each form we require on the intranet (which could soon grow to 100+). With multiple division and departments you can imagine how these libraries are spread all over our intranet, in various sites within our sitecollection.

Each form submits to the same library it is pubslished to. This has caused some permission issues as you don't necessarily want everyone to see everyone elses submissions but you need to have relaxed permissions so everyone can access the form. We've used custom workflows to apply item-level security on submission to avoid this which, I imagine, is probably an overhead we didn't need to get into if we had a better plan.

We're sensing we've gone about it the wrong way. Is there another way? Any ideas for how to best setup deploy your forms to your intranet would be appreciated. Is there an approach we're all forms are published to one library? Anyhow, we would Ideally like

all forms to be accessible from a common area (whether this can be achieved by rounding them all up in a content query web part I'm not sure.)

form submissions can be administered in secured areas (without the overhead of writing custom workflows I mentioned above)

Cheers
