Please follow the below steps.

1. Click on Extract files in file menu.

2. Save your form in a folder.

3. Then go to the location where you have saved your form and open it.

4. you have manifest in your saved folder.

5. Right click on manifest and click on design.

Then you can do the changes in that.

Note: It is available in InfoPath 2003.

If you are using InfoPath 2007 then click on Save as Source Files in same location.

InfoPath was designed to be an electronic form and has limited print support.

You can manually mess with the header and footer by extracting the form files and editing the manifest directly.

There may be a way to embed a graphic that way.

Corporate logo/header problems

It appears it is not possible to include a file such as GIF, JPEG, BMP, in the header of either an InfoPath 2003 or 2007 form. Does anybody have any ideas about workarounds. I need to design a form that can be printed off which includes a corporate logo on each page. It needs to be possible for the text in the form to flow onto second and subsequent pages. I have tried using a bacground image which includes the logo but when the rich text box flows over the page it "hides" the background image. Help!!
