This should do the trick

Elements.xml

<Elements xmlns = "http://schemas.microsoft.com/sharepoint/">
  <Module Name="XSN" Url="FormServerTemplates" RootWebOnly="FALSE">
    <File Url="DeployableForm.xsn" Name="DeployableForm.xsn" Type="GhostableInLibrary"></File>
  </Module>
</Elements>

Feature.xml:

<ElementManifests>
       <ElementFile Location="DeployableForm.xsn"/>
  </ElementManifests>

It gets deployed to the Forms Server templates list, now, my form is browse enabled and when i click on it it doesn't let me open it in the browser, instead it pop's the message that the a client is needed to open the form.

The same form without changing anything, i deploy it throug infopath client, and it works perfectly. What am I missing here so my form deployed with features can be seen in the browser?
