...yeah that's what I've got now. It's a repeating table:

Book | AUTHOR | PUB DATE

Putting in two+ entries to represent multiple authors is what you suggest?

The only problem is that screws up my sum....

You can add the dropdown control in the Repeating section. SO you can insert the multiple drop down fields to select multipe values.

haha, wonderful! Thanks for the tip - So am I up a creek in 2003? I will most certainly use that when we get upgraded. Are there any alternatives?

Hi,

If you are working on the Infopath2007, then you can use "Multi - Select List Box" to select multiple values.

Is there a particular control that I should use to enable the user to make multiple selections? I am connecting to an xml list. (If it were possible to connect to Active Directory, that would be cool- maybe I'll try to work on that for the next version of this form)

Should I be using a different type of control?
