Very much a newbie to Infopath so will appreciate any help given here. I have had a look around the forums but nothing seemed to answer my questions.

I have been asked to develop an Infopath form that will take in details of new users that need to be set up on the LAN. This form is currently signed off by the person that need to be set up on the LAN. What is the easiest way to do this in Infopath, bearing in mind that they wont have been setup in Active Directory yet but they would be set up on the HR system which I could probably get a view into for new users.

Another request is a set up form for new users on In-House applications. Currently the form is signed off by three users (The trainer, Team Leader and the new User) Problem is that the trainer and new user would generally not be set up on Active Directory as these are users on the production floor with no access to e-mail etc. Again what would be the best way to work around this?

Thanks very much for any help and apologies if these are really basic questions.
