Where is the data stored for the fields in the Infopath form?

Add Print View for Word Issue - Infopath 2007

I have followed the instructions in "Using the Info Path to Word Wizard (http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa662316(office.11).aspx) on the Expense Report Sample that comes with Infopath 2007. I created three fields in the Word 2007 document. Date, Name and Department and inserted the date, name, and department elements from the ExpenseReportSample.xsn file. After populating these fields with data, when I email the report to myself and print it, only the headers; Date, Name, and Department are displayed. The values in the Date (1/11/2008); Name (John Ruff), or Department (Information Technology) elements are blank in the report even though they are visible in the emailed Report.

Can anyone steer me in the right direction in having these elements populated?

Thanks,
