If this is incorrect then you will get the message you are seeing.

I would open up the form in design mode and republish the form to the same location but update the access path to what it should be.

The file they are accessing (which I am getting the security message) is an .xsn . I cannot find the XML file....Does that make sense? Is it possible he set up some kind of security on the xsn file .....

They are accessing the file via a mapped drive.

I will look for the xml file. So, there is no security that was added in the InfoPath document? Correct?

Re: Infopath security message

You may also need to move the XML file to the location specified and verify it opens from there. You then should be able to track down the differences between the two locations. Often it can be how they are referenced or how you are accessing the locations.

Re: Infopath security message

Hey Ed.

How are they accessing it? Via a mapped drive? By a URL?

Do you know where the xsn template is located? Can you open it up in Design Mode and check the trust under Form options?

Infopath uses IE for security and trust you may need to add the computer name which is hosting your files to your intranet or trusted security group in Internet Explorer.

Re: Infopath security message

I forgot to finish off the text....what does that mean?
