The best solution is the Qdabra Database Excellerator but I have used a quick and dirty method as a way around the problem. Create a field to use as your workflow tracker and at each stage change the field to a different value, that way you know where in the sequence it is. To report on this I would strongly recommend attaching it to a database and submit there before the email so the tracking can be based on the info in the database.

I hope this helps

You could use SharePoint.

I would also suggest the Database Accelerator.Qdabra Database Accelerator Suite Version 2.1.2815 - Developer

It includes a form template already setup which would give you the workflow you need. I would be happy to give you a demonstration.

There are many other features that may be advantageous to you as well.

Requirements for Document Routing

Hello,

I am tring to identify all the necessary comonents need to complete the following:

I would like to create a basic form that will need several signatures from approvers. So far i have created the form and have digital signatures setup, But i am only using InfoPath forms published to a network folder. The issue is once the form is submitted by the first approver and sent, we lose track (because we are only using Outlook for its method of deliver) where in the approval process the form is. I see a lot of talk about Sharepoint. Is this something that can help with this type of simple workflow or is there other product that are easier to use.

Thanks.
