The ratings are&nbsp;horizontal; e.g.&nbsp;Competency #1&nbsp;- Q1 (ratings) Q2 (ratings) Q3 (ratings) Q4 (ratings). Each time I add a new field with the option buttons, they are automatically vertical. Any ideas of how I can alter this to insert horizontally?</p> <p>Thanks, </p> <p>Kathryn</p>
