Maybe have the affected user try. This way you know they are seeing all the data and not just a subset. If they can see everything then it must be a filter issue where maybe the data is not consistent or something.

Re: Info Path and sum

Hi..

Yes I am standing on about 600 now and yes every one has permission to view it..
Do you have more than 100 forms in the library? SharePoint only displays and only returns 100 at a time. Also does everyone have permission to the view you are using?

Info Path and sum

Hi

I got and infopath form where users enter there Holidays in. Everything works great, it has a column that spesify the amount of working days taken.

This then get submited to a form liabrary where all the from is kept.. I pull the user detail from AD so the user has minimal entry.
My question is now. when a user open a form it does a sum from the liabrary based on the user's name then show the sum in a box, saying how many days the user has taken.

My problem is that this works fine for some users and not for others.. I had a look at spelling and just about everything but nothing works.. Now it was working for one user and today it stop working..
I basically select the sum of the column on the library with a filter that say where the name is = to the name of the library name..

Is there anything ells I can do to get this total, or is there something I need to know that sum has a limit or something..

Any Idea will be great.

Thanks

Chris
