I'm trying to design a system whereby tutors can view feedback from students. The data is in an access database and I'm trying to create a front end for the admin staff at various sites to use.

I'd like a situation similar to the following:

Tutor Name: Smith

View score one? []

View score two? []

View score three? [X]

etc

Clicking Query from this example would generate

Tutor Smith

Score three is 9

Obviously selecting scores one and two would display the scores on the output.

Firstly, is this possible, and if so, how would I go about doing it?

Appreciate any help you could give me

John
