At the part that says:

Add the OnSwitchView event handler code:

Choose Programming | On Switch Views Event from the Tools menu.

In the Microsoft Script Editor, replace the contents of the OnAfterChange event handler with the following code:

What does it mean by OnAfterChange? I don't see any such event handler. When I clicked On Switch Views event this is what it gave me:

XDocument.DOM.setProperty("SelectionNamespaces", 'xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xmlns:my="http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/infopath/2003/myXSD/2007-07-13T19:06:26" xmlns:xd="http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/infopath/2003"');

function XDocument::OnSwitchView(eventObj)

{

     // Write your code here

}

So either I'm confused, or these instructions aren't for Infopath 2003? I mean I must be missing something.

Re: Header/Footer question

OK too bad.

With 2007 you could use the import wizard on the word document and the header footer functionality.

The Table technique is your only option otherwise.

Good Luck

Re: Header/Footer question

Well no, I do have 2003 so unforunately I can't put anything complex in the header. Now, in Infopath I find that headers and footers can't contain anything but plain text/autotext and this isn't going to work.

Is there any way to make a layout table that will repeat at the top of every printed page? It wouldn't matter if it only shows up once when filling out the form, just so long as it prints at the top of every page.

I can't seem to find a way to do this.

EDIT - Quasi-solution: I'll put the whole form into a table, then put this "header table" into the first row. You have a tutorial on how to repeat header rows, so this ought to work right?
