I'll admit the article is really complicated, but that's what it takes to get printing to work in InfoPath.

Good luck!

Re: Header for a repeating group

So you are getting a new page per row? This should not be the case. I know the article was written for InfoPath 2003. Are you using 2007? If so, there could be an issue in the article between the two versions. Let me know. If you are on 2003, try following through the article a second time to see if that fixes the issue.

Re: Header for a repeating group

I might have followed the directions wrong because what I was getting was a new page (since there's a page break between) each time the table is inserted. Is there anyway to carry on the headers and not start new pages for every time a new line item is inserted? I hope this makes sense!

Thanks!

Re: Header for a repeating group

Did you see this article on this site: Repeat Table Headers Across Multiple Printed Pages http://www.infopathdev.com/howto/tutorials/default.aspx?i=80c11a66b08a4572bc2b17f391319a0f

Header for a repeating group

Hello,

I've been reading other threads on what I think is probably the same issue I have but I'm entirely sure. I have a repeating table with headers. I want those headers to repeat on every page. For example, if enter in data in a field within the repeating table and the text bleeds to the next page, I want the headers to somehow carry over to the next page when I print. Is there any way I can do this? Kind of similar to how excel has the option to maintain the same row header names when printing. Thank you in advance!

Thanks!
Ailene
